Kidi Speaks On MzVee Departure With Lynx Entertainment

KiDi has stated categorically that he had no issues with former label mate MzVee, who parted ways with Lynx Entertainment barely 48-hours ago.

MzVee’s departure, which was attributed to many reasons, was hinged on a possible fracas with KiDi and Kuame Eugene. It also emerged that the pair did not wish MzVee a happy birthday on social media in June.

We are friends and we talk like we usually do. MzVee has always and will always be a sister to me, he told Lexis Bill on Drive Time on Joy FM.

He, however, said he has no idea why MzVee opted out of Lynx Entertainment.

I don’t know the details of her exit but it is actually sad to hear that she is not there with us anymore. It’s really sad, he stated.

He explained, although noticed a few things amiss when MzVee was not coming into the studio, he did not want to ask questions till the parties involved came out to tell the rest of the team what was going on.

Every artiste had their personal discussions with the team, I don’t know what the management discussed with her. It’s actually sad for me right now, the singer added.

The Ghanaian songstress, Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda reportedly parted ways with Lynx Entertainment back in February but both artiste and CEO of the vibrant label, Richie Mensah poured cold water on the subject.

A few months ago, there were several reports that Mzvee’s inactiveness in the music scene was because she is not happy at her Record label and plans to part ways with them.

Reports indicated Mzvee was planning to leave Lynx Entertainment because all the attention has been given to label mates, Kuami Eugene and Kidi.
